2022 Staart 亞洲插畫藝術博覽會 Illustration Art Fair

2014 年畢業自臺灣師範大學美術系，作品獨特的用以東方傳統水墨的技法，糅雜進當代藝術的圖像創作思考。黃昱佳的創作一路以來都擁有著豐富的跨國學習經驗，她曾遠赴紐約進修繪畫、在法國參加創意工作坊、旅居加拿大溫哥華、進行在日本的相撲力士繪畫計劃，甚至遠赴芬蘭駐村創作等不同經歷。
近年來，黃昱佳開啟一系列以象徵自己為名的「藍獸(bLUE)」作品，嘗試將作品脈絡的發展存放於一個她所建構出可知，卻未曾普遍經驗過的世界觀，企圖仰賴藝術具有某種脫離現實限制的能力，去幫助觀者們開拓一個可能存在，或甚至永遠不可能存在的經驗世界!

Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of National Taiwan Normal University in 2014, her works are unique in the use of traditional ink techniques, mixed with contemporary artistic thinking in the creation of images. Huang Yu-Chia’s creative path has been rich in international experiences. She has studied painting in New York, participated in workshops in France, lived in Vancouver, Canada, joined a Sumo wrestler painting project in Japan, and traveled to Finland for a residency.
In recent years, Huang Yu-Chia has started a series of works called ” bLUE “, which symbolizes herself, attempting to place the development of her works in a worldview that is known but not commonly experienced. She attempts to use art to break the limits of reality to help the viewers explore a world of experience that may or may not ever exist.
